Black Library Live 2011 Timetable
You wouldn’t believe the week I’ve just had.
Anyway, I found this. Apparently, it’s next weekend in Nottingham, and I have to go to it. It’s not too late to break my leg in a freak tractor accident, though. You never know.
I tried to get out of the Q&A and the second signing - but no dice.
The best part is when it mentions me getting up to do stuff before 10am. Classic comedy.

And it shall be upon the very day that Black Library discovers the joy of Sundays and upon that day I will hearken to their call unto Nottingham and there will be feasting and great joy.
And lo there will I see all my favourite writers with whom there will much sharing of wisdom…

I really need to invest in some means of trans-Atlantic travel for this. Maybe next year…

I’m now picturing him scuttling along on a mere six legs like Sarpedon, with the other two wrapped in a cast and a contrite look on his face that may or may not be genuine.

Technically, your first even is AT 1000 AM. Theoretically, you could just get wasted and pass out in Seminar Room 1, and be woken up right as the event starts.

Just sayin… if it’s like GDUK, I reckon Mr. D-B might still be a little drunk from hanging with Mr. McN the night before.
It will make for a better seminar, then, I think. ADB still in a bathrobe, grinding his knuckles against his skull to dull the pain… GMcN making an unannounced entrance* in the middle of it all… 😀
