Black Library Live 2011 Timetable

You wouldn’t believe the week I’ve just had.

Anyway, I found this. Apparently, it’s next weekend in Nottingham, and I have to go to it. It’s not too late to break my leg in a freak tractor accident, though. You never know.

I tried to get out of the Q&A and the second signing - but no dice.

The best part is when it mentions me getting up to do stuff before 10am. Classic comedy.

  1. Sadly, Nottingham is too far to road trip from Austin, TX, even to catch you at pre-10 AM shenanigans.

  2. A man after my own heart, what is it with people who want things done before mid-day !

  3. And it shall be upon the very day that Black Library discovers the joy of Sundays and upon that day I will hearken to their call unto Nottingham and there will be feasting and great joy.

And lo there will I see all my favourite writers with whom there will much sharing of wisdom…

Alright I think I’ve made my point 🙂

  6. Maybe they could have a webinar, they could make it pay per view, reaching many more people and making more money. Everybody wins.

  8. Why not blame Loken for missing the day’s activities?

    • Yessss Loken. As you were getting ready to leave the house to do some ‘daily chores’, Loken suddenly scurries in front of you! Making you fall down a ‘set of stairs’ and break a leg or two!

      • I’m now picturing him scuttling along on a mere six legs like Sarpedon, with the other two wrapped in a cast and a contrite look on his face that may or may not be genuine.

  10. Technically, your first even is AT 1000 AM. Theoretically, you could just get wasted and pass out in Seminar Room 1, and be woken up right as the event starts.

    Just saying…

    • Just sayin… if it’s like GDUK, I reckon Mr. D-B might still be a little drunk from hanging with Mr. McN the night before.

      • It will make for a better seminar, then, I think. ADB still in a bathrobe, grinding his knuckles against his skull to dull the pain… GMcN making an unannounced entrance* in the middle of it all… 😀

  13. Aaron, just wanted to say thanks for humouring me and signing Blood Reaver after you’d just finished signing stuff for an hour.

Cool Metallica signature as well =)

Black Library Live was 100% epic as well.
