  6. Curses, beaten to the Motty gag. Del Boy Trotter may also have a few spare, and he’ll do you a great price, “innit bruv”.

  7. Sadly, I think the coat is custom made. According to wikipedia, its design is a mix of “a Swedish army jacket and a frock coat from the French Revolution.” That said, while it’s nice I can’t help but wonder how it would look when not contrasted against that ridiculous mask.

  8. That is exactly what I was thinking during every scene that he was wearing it.

Well, that and “Why is Tom Hardy doing an impression of Kenneth Williams as Darth Vader?”

  10. Oh, the joyous torment of finding a badass jacket and then realizing that you’ll never wear it because it will never be cold enough to warrant it.

  18. Does this mean you’ll have to trade in the beanie hats for gimp masks, and ultimately that dark path probably leads to hellraiser Pinhead fashion? Anyway Amazon let me pre order Betrayer, dispatch time 2nd April 2013…

  19. That coat actually took two years to make. The designer combined ideas from Swedish army jackets and a few other heavy duty coats to create what you see. Its entirely custom, made for the Dark Knight Rises. You could steal it from Bane…..good luck with that!

  23. Its based on a Russian Army Coat called a polushubok…You can find one where they sell old Red Army gear or old Swedish Army types…They darkened the outside with Shoe Polish or dubbing…..
